The work focused on identifying key challenges related to housing demand, affordability, and local economic development, and developing targeted strategies to better align housing policy and neighborhood needs..

Evaluating street vendors carts in NYC

Project conducted in partnership with Pratt University to investigate the feasibility of implementing a new vendors cart for street vendors. Consisted on conducting stakeholder interviews, community meetings, and on-street interviews to evaluate real needs of street vendors across the city.

Program evaluation for the Coney Island BID

Research-based project to evaluate the development of the new Coney Island Busing Improvement District. Consisted of understanding economic development, marketing and retail assessment for the area.
