Iris Collaborative is an initiative dedicated to improving lives and fostering development through creative, equity-centered projects that foreground cultural understanding and lived experience.

Our work blends urban planning, housing strategy, spatial analysis, and applied research: we co-create programs and solutions in popular education, affordable and mixed-income housing development, land-use and policy design, GIS mapping and data-driven analysis, social inclusion, and community engagement.

Through feasibility studies, impact evaluations, participatory design, and implementation support, we help communities and partners translate ideas into equitable, evidence-based action.
