Iris Collaborative is a creative engagement practice founded by Ali Estefam Iris. We work across cultures, languages, and generations, creating opportunities for people to participate through conversation, research, making, storytelling, and design.
Our Approach
We believe there is no single way to participate. Sometimes it starts with a conversation. Sometimes with a drawing, a question, a story, or something made together.
We design processes that meet people where they are, making space for different experiences, languages, ages, cultures, and ways of communicating.

Ali is an urban planner, educator, and community engagement practitioner whose work brings together planning, psychology, design, storytelling, and creative practice.
Over 15 years of experience working with communities and organizations have shaped an approach that is thoughtful, participatory, and grounded in the people and places at the center of each project.
